WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO COOK AN AUTHENTIC VALENCIAN PAELLA?
In this tour, first of all we will go shopping! We will be going to the populated Central Market of Valencia to pick the best products to cook your own Valencian paella. During the visit you will discover the downtown’s enchanting spots and historical monuments such as the Llotja.
After this, you will be able to return to the Rice and Valencian Paella School’s kitchen, where the paella master will teach you step by step how to cook the genuine Valencian paella. He will also explain you the history of its creation and many other interesting details. Don’t worry about the language, the classes will be taught in Spanish as well as in English.
During the production of the paella, always under the supervision of the paella master, we will offer you a Valencian wines or a homemade Valencian beer tasting. This will be accompanied by a Valencian tomato and Spanish omelette, seasoned with the best virgin oils from the Denomination of Origin Valencian Community. Finger licking goodness!
Now it’s time to tast your paella… Surely it’s delicious!.
To finish, we will take a group picture and every participant will receive a diploma “Expert Paella’s Chef” that will prove the course you have taken. Is there anything better in Valencia? Of course, you are bound to fall in love with this personal experience and it will be with you forever.
