This apartment is furnished and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a temporary rental stay in Valencia.
In the next months a big part of the building will be covered with a net but not the balconies of this apartment.
The apartment has three bedrooms, the main bedroom features 2 single beds 90cm joined together, the second bedroom has 1 double bed 150cm, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90cm separated. All of them have large closets. The larger bedroom has an air conditioning system and the two smaller ones have a ceiling fan that will help enjoying the warm summer evenings. There are two heaters in the hall way.
The house has two full bathrooms, the first one with a shower, and the second one with a bathtub with shower.
The shiny living room has a ceiling fan, air conditioner, heating, two comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs, dining area and television. This room overlooks one of the most beautiful buildings in the city, Las Atarazanas.
The kitchen is spacious, very complete and equipped, has heating system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, as well as very useful small appliances: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and a large table with 6 chairs.
Internet Fiber connection is included in the rental price.
This apartment is located 15 minute walk from the beach and 3 minute walk from La Marina Juan Carlos I, the new area of the port of Valencia. In the neighborhood you will find small shops, charming bars and a fresh food market within 5 minute walk. Very well connected with the city center and with other beaches thanks to the metro station Maritim Serreria located 10 minute walk from the apartment. The tramway and many bus lines are located near the apartment.
