Holiday and temporary rental apartment, on the beach of Valencia, Spain

Cleaning and hygiene have always been one of our top priorities, and they are more important than ever. We have completed and improved our cleaning and preparation routine for our apartments in order to meet the new standards. Do not hesitate to consult us for more details.

This nice and furnished rental apartment is located in Valencia, Spain, 50m from Patacona beach. Valencia's beaches are ideal to spend few months and enjoy the sun and the mediterranean brightness that characterizes the city of Valencia, one any season of the year.

It is a very well equipped apartment, high standard with all the amenities you might need: air conditioning and heating throughout the house, equipped kitchen, internet private connection, TV, nice terrace, swimming pool for adults and children in the complex, etc.

The 10m2 terrace is a perfect place for having an open-air meal, while enjoying the direct access to the pool. Children will have a good time playing in this area.

This furnished apartment for rent features 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious with a double bed of 135cm, a roomy built-in wardrobe and a direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 beds of 90cm that you can put toghether. All beds and mattresses have a good quality.

The bathroom features shower-bathtube and bidet.

The apartment is well equipped, its kitchen features dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, espresso coffee maker and all small appliances one might need. There is a way out from the kitchen to a laundry place with sink and a very useful cupboard for the cleaning products and miscellaneous belongings.

This is a spacious and comfortable rental for 4 people , ideal for a stay of seasonal rental .

The rental apartment is in a quiet apartments complex guarded 24-hours with nice utilities like a good restaurant, a small grocery and a communal outdoor swimming pool, for both adults and children, with safeguard. Open approximately from 15 June to 15 September. Maximum capacity in the pool, 4 people at a time per apartment. They can take turns.

There is a gym complex with all kinds of sports (group classes, weight room, swimming pool, etc …) at 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. You will find many outdoor cafés and restaurants on the long see promenade leading Valencia Marina, some of which have been set up with good taste inside of recently renovated old traditional houses.

Valencia old town is 15 minutes drive from there and 25 minutes by bus , so the apartment is also very close to the attractions of the city of Valencia like the Oceanographic Park, the historic center, Valencia Cathedral, Central Market, Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange), etc.

  2. The apartment is very pleased! Ideally with 1-2 children. Spacious, everything you need is available. Huge terrace with access to the pool, where dierct rescuers, we have sent one child. The beach is gorgeous, clean and spacious, little people in comparison with neighbouring areas. The holiday was a success!!! Thank you Berangere and Omar!

  3. We were late arriving due to me getting a little lost on the way in our hire car, Omar the host was fantastic at directing us to the apartment and stayed until we arrived. Omar settled us in and went through everything with us and was there if needed all through our holiday, really nice guy. This is a fantastic apartment very clean and comfortable and pretty well stocked kitchen equipment, the balcony was great especially with the little gate opening out to such a great space. Our girls would play out most evenings while we could sit comfortably watching them from the balcony, the pool looked great and a good size, unfortunately it wasn’t open while we were there but the beach is a stones throw away and are brilliant and shallow for at least the first 10-15 metres. The apartment is in a great location for Valencia and a visit to little Venice is a must which is closer than the main port, all in walking distance. Beautiful restaurants all around, we all absolutely loved Valencia and will be back very soon. We would definitely stay here again, thank you you Omar and Berangere

    Wir mochten die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres, das interessante Gebäude, die Möglichkeit gut Anbindung an den Nahverkehr.

  6. We had a great stay at this holiday apartment in Valencia. The ground floor flat was part of a complex which had a stunning entrance, glass lifts and concierge. We felt very safe/secure there, it was comfortable and amply met our needs. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace eating our meals when eating in. The utility area was like an extension of the kitchen and even had bikes which we would have been free to use, had we hired a seat for our toddler. The beach was very close which was great, especially as the pool was closed during our visit due to the time of year – mid October. Berangere and Omar were very helpful and liaised on behalf of the owners in a professional way.
