Apartment with private terrace 400 meters from Valencia beach
This modern renovated rental apartment is located 400m from the fantastic beach Las Arenas, one of the best beaches in Valencia. Valencia's climate is ideal for the winter season to enjoy the sun and the beaches of this magnificent Mediterranean city.
It is a renovated apartment, built to high standards and with all the amenities one might need: air conditioning hot/cold, very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction stoves and all the small appliances one might need such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc ... Behind the kitchen you will find a very useful little room, which houses the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, water heater and cleaning products.
In the spacious lounge, you can enjoy a very comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and access to high-speed internet wifi throughout the house. The views from the dining room and from the private terrace are very nice, you can see a green park with trees. Las Arenas beach is just behind this park, at 400m distance, even though you can not see it from this amazing rental apartment.
On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The first bedroom has a bed of 80cm extensible to a comfortable double bed 160cm for two people, with mattresses of good quality. The second bedroom has a bed of 90cm with another 80cm trundle bed, so 2 persons can also sleep in this room. In this room you will also find a desk to study or work comfortably.
In the spectacular attic with sloping beamed ceilings there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. This room completely opens on the main room downstairs, and the feeling of spaciousness is very charming.
In all bedrooms, beds and mattresses are of excellent quality.
The sofa could also serve to accommodate 2 more people, in special cases.
It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment for 6 people, ideal for corporate relocations, for an intensive spanish course, or to come in winter months.
Cabanyal district is a picturesque district of Valencia, with its very popular streets and its typical environment of the old quarters of fishermen. In this neighborhood children play in the streets and facades are filled with drying laundry. There are many terraces of cafes and restaurants where you will find a relaxed, slightly bohemian atmosphere. It is a neighborhood that will appeal to travelers in search of authenticity.
