Apartment with terrace close to Ruzafa district
Cleaning and hygiene have always been one of our top priorities, and they are more important than ever. We have completed and improved our cleaning and preparation routine for our apartments in order to meet the new standards. Do not hesitate to consult us for more details.Welcome to this beautiful and very well equipped apartment, with all the amenities you may need (air conditioning / heating, international TV channels, many small appliances, private terrace and garage...), and an ideal location close to the trendy Ruzafa district in Valencia. This nice apartment is decorated with taste, both in furnishings and in the choice of tonalities.
The entrance of this apartment opens first to a room on the left that can be used both as a bedroom, with its comfortable bed extensible for 2 people and another extra 80cm light mattress, so as an office, with its functional desk with desktop PC available for our guests. There is a baby cot with sheets in this room which can be used without any extra cost.
The adjoining room is a living room with practical kitchenette, the complete equipment of which will delight gastronomy lovers. The apartment has a washer-dryer, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, steaming appliances, blender and other. The living room is cozy and comfortable and gives access to a balcony with a view to the stunning historical monument of Zapadores Barracks, and facing west to enjoy the afternoon sun.
The inner part of the house has two bathrooms with their own heating system, one with shower and one bath, and the nice master bedroom with its double bed and large wardrobe with sliding doors. We can get out to another balcony, connected to the previous one.
The apartment has a private interior terrace with garden furniture where to spend quiet moments of relaxation. It is accessed from one of the bathrooms, from the kitchen and from the office. It has electric shutters, insulated doors and mosquito nets. Here we find a practical storage cabinet.
Our tenants will enjoy a place in the private parking right next to the entrance gate to the property.
The location of this apartment, close to the Ruzafa district in Valencia and well connected by public transport to the main attractions of the city (Old Town, City of Arts and Science, beaches...).
The neighborhood is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay in the apartment, such as supermarkets and shops of all kinds. This is a quiet part of town but at the same time very close to other areas of higher dynamism, as Ruzafa neighborhood with its trendy restaurants and cafés, attractive shops, etc. Come over and enjoy it!
