This beautiful apartment for rent is located in Cabanyal, the old maritime district of Valencia. The apartment is 400m from one of the best beaches in Valencia.
It is a well equipped apartment with all the amenities one might need: air conditioning hot cold, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary small appliances, television, high speed internet, etc.
It is a modern and tastefully renovated apartment for rent. From the entrancy hall you can access the living room with an extra large sofá very comfortable, air conditioning and open kitchen space. On the other side of the apartment are situaded the 2 bedrooms, that you can access through a modern design hallway with nice indirect lighting. The bathroom with shower has a long narrow shape and you can access both from the master bedroom and from the entrancy hall.
The master bedroom is large, and features a double bed 150cm, air conditioning and a TV. The second bedroom features a sofa bed 135cm and a large closet.
