This temporary rental apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay at any time of the year: wifi internet access, central heating, air conditioning, television and fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two beds of 90 cm that can be combined and a second room with two beds of 90 cm with a desk where you can work comfortably.
The bathroom is composed of a large shower closed by a glass wall, wc, a sink, a dresser and a large mirror.
The kitchen, completely refurbished and bright, has a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a blender. A flat pass opens on the dining room, which is very practical everyday.
The dining / living room is a bright room. It has a glass table with four chairs and two very comfortable sofas. In addition, it is surrounded by a balcony with two armchairs to rest. The facade is covered with a fine net that, as can be seen in the pictures, bringing privacy without preventing the entry of light or the enjoyment of views on the beautiful place where it is located.
One of the most remarkable features of this temporary rental apartment is its location. Located in the heart of the city, in one of the most beautiful squares of Valencia, it allows to visit some of the most emblematic buildings and districts of the city: the palace of the Marquis de Dos Aguas, the Plaza de la Virgen, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the El Carmen district or the Gardens of the Turia River. It is also at a short walk from the Corte Ingles shopping center and Colon shopping street.
