Furnished and completely renovated apartment, ideal for a temporary stay in Valencia.
This medium or long stay apartment has two bedrooms. The main one has a king size bed of 160cmx200cm, a large wardrobe and a desk. The second bedroom is conditioned as a reading room or guest room, has a sofa bed of 120cm once extended. Both rooms are very quiet.
The bathroom of the apartment has a bath with shower and a comfortable space in which to place the personal belongings.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, ...). Open to the dining room, it is very comfortable and bright. From the kitchen you can access an inner courtyard with a tropical decoration, where the washing machine is locatd and there is a space for the clothes line. The dining area is furnished with a table and five chairs.
The living room has a large sofa and a comfortable armchair where you can relax. From the living room you access a furnished balcony overlooking a nice garden that brings brightness and greenery to the room, a place where you can enjoy a pleasant evening. Currently, there is a soft net on the facade.
