This is a nice holiday rental apartment located in Denia Street, two steps from the local fresh food Market in the heart of Ruzafa district: the famous and typical neighborhood of Ruzafa is very trendy in Valencia nowadays.
It is just 10 minutes from Valencia old town and 20 minutes from the City of Arts and Science. It is ideal for tourism in Valencia or for a professional stay.
The building features an old artistic facade and there is one flat per floor . Upon entering in this furnished apartment for rent we are in the spacious living room with two comfortable sofas. This room has a south facing balcony.
From the living room you enter one of the bedrooms with a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony . The master bedroom is on the other side of the house and is very spacious : it has a double bed, an extra bed (if needed ) and a large closet.
The bathroom with shower has a window. The kitchen is small but very well used and well equipped. It is a newly renovated, parquet flooring, air conditioning and heating equipment. It is a very nice house with a refined decoration. It has free Wi-Fi internet connection.
It is 100m from the local fresh food market of Ruzafa, very typical marketplace in Valencia, Spain. You will also find many supermarkets nearby, cafés, sunny terraces, restaurants, shops, etc.
