The apartment is completely renovated, brand new and it has a very stylish decoration.
It has a very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric stoves, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender) and a dining table for 4 people.
It is an apartment of 55m2, one bedroom with double bed 150x200 and a large wardrobe. In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.

The building is a classic building from year 1900. The staircase is narrow and the flat is on the first floor.

Excelente apartamento! Todo estaba muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. La cocina se entrega con todo lo necesario – de una cafetera a una prensa de ajo. El piso está situado en una zona muy agradable.
Un apartamento excelente, salimos bastante contentos. Bastante tranquilo Lo recomiendo. Zona buena, al lado de las Torres de Quart, con bares… Fue una gran experiencia. Gracias.
Y “todo como fotos: limpio, ordenado y equipadas con todo lo mostrado. Muy amable y acogedor al propietario que ha estado activo, aunque no lo necesitaba, para conseguir que me quede en un ambiente cómodo. Pagué la garantía de las fianzas a la llegada, como se esperaba en restituitami tiempo en el check-out. Le pregunté si me podía quedar en cuatro y me tomó sin cargo adicional (hay que decir que en las camas son tres: la cama y un sofá cama, pero también tiene doble y mis dos niñas son sido muy cómodo) El lugar es tranquilo a corta distancia (200 metros) de lo que entonces era la entrada a la real; Reitero tranquila, incluso a altas horas de la noche. Es un primer piso sin ascensor y las escaleras un poco “incómodo; pero está claro que hemos hecho dos / cuatro veces al día como máximo y hay agua caliente eléctrica boliler LA recomiendo encarecidamente.
