1. Die Gastgeber, Berangere und Juan (Besitzer) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich um unsere Anliegen immer schnell gekümmert. Juan als Besitzer ist wirklich sehr freundlich, ruhig und nicht gierig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, ist schön ausgebaut und komfortabel.

2. We rented a flat through Valencia Flat Rental for a month in the heart of Ruzaffa. The booking process was easy, clear and very professional.
   The flat was simply amazing, as portrayed on the website and even better. Bérangère warmly welcomed us on our arrival at the flat and gave us all details about the practical and touristic side of life in Valencia so we felt home right from day one!
   At some stage, a small technical incident had us contacting Valencia Flat Rental and again, the response was impeccable and the issue sorted out immediately.
   What I find particularly nice with this company, is how they provide more than just giving you keys. We got a baby sitter arranged through them, plenty of touristic info on arrival, good restaurant to check out in the region, gluten-free specialist shops lists etc… A 360 degrees service!
   I will definitely recommend it to friends staying in Valencia and rent through them again if I come back.

3. My wife and I spent a lovely week in this apartment. Really delighted we chose to stay there, it had everything we could need and was clean, spacious and very comfortable – exactly as it looks in the photos, in fact. The terrace was a bonus: a lovely place to eat breakfast, sunbathe in privacy or sit out with a glass of wine in the evening. There was also speakers to play music through (a big plus for me!), a TV and DVD player (neither of which we used), flawless Wi-Fi, an espresso machine and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The area the apartment is located in is a perfect base for exploring the city – it’s around 15-20 minutes’ walk from the Xàtiva metro stop, while the spectacular Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Turia riverbed park are nearby, and the beach is a bus journey away. The neighbourhood is also really pleasant and convenient – there’s a supermarket just around the corner, a large local market a few blocks away and plenty of lovely bars and restaurants, especially along Carrer de Sueca. We particularly loved the meals we had at El Rodamón de Russafa, Malmo and el Almacen. Added to that, Berangere was extremely helpful and friendly, offering us plenty of tips and recommendations to check out during our stay. Can’t praise this place highly enough – we loved it!

5. The apartment really is as described “wonderfull”, in a good, quiet neighbourhood with plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Berangere is a perfect host, she is efficient, friendly, punctual and she helps you whenever help is needed. Absolutely recommendable.

6. We hebben met het gezin een heerlijke week in Valencia gehad. De locatie van het appartement was ideaal; goed te lopen naar het oude centrum en goed te lopen naar het CAC. Het is appartement was mooi, schoon en licht met een terras op het Zuiden waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Berangere was voor vragen goed te bereiken en gaf snel een reactie. Wij hebben topweekje gehad

7. We had a lovely time in this comfortable, carefully appointed flat. Communication with Bérangère was very friendly and efficient, and the landlord, Juan, was very kind and welcoming (he even welcomed us with a much appreciated, huge bag of oranges). The appartment is perfectly true to the pictures, bright and nicely furnished, and everything was in perfect working order. Our three year old daughter had a wonderful time in the lavish jacuzzi! The location is great, in a vibrant but still very manageable neighbourhood, full of nice cafés, restaurants and shops (and a permanent market for fresh supplies). Both the historic centre and Turia gardens are within walking distance. Another very pleasant thing about the apartment is that, in spite of beaing located in a lively neighbourhood, it is quiet (being located on a high floor) and well isolated. We did not hear a thing at night and had no problem sleeping late in the morning (our daughter included!). Many thanks, and best wishes, to Bérangère and Juan.

8. We enjoyed very much the terrace and the beautiful sunsets, the kitchen is fully equipped you could not imagine: there are all the utilities you may need, nothing was missing at all.
   The beds are very comfortable with excellent matresses.
   The area where the apartment is located is also a very good point: it is called “Ruzafa neighborhood” and the atmosphere is just great: a lot of spanish local life, a wonderful fresh food market, and many many nice restaurants and cafes with terraces.
   Bérangère, the person who manage the apartments “Valencia Flat Rental” is really welcoming and efficient, and she rents many beautiful apartments. We can only recommend travellers to Valencia to contact her to find them a nice place!
   We just enjoyed our stay and we will come back.

9. We had a wonderfull time in the apartment at Calle de Cuba. Everything we needed for us and our baby twins was available; the kitchen en and bathroom were very complete, and the rooms were spacious enough. We loved the terrace that was sunny from early in the morning untill late and had a great view. The neighbourhood is very relaxed and lively enough. Close to the metro (that wen directly to the airport) and the city center to walk. And the wifi worked perfect. During our stay the elevator wasn’t avalaible but Berangere and Juan – the owner – made a good arrangement with the nice lady from the Bar El Parque across the street where we could stall our stroller during our stay. Berangere was always available for questions and responded very quickly to our questions before and during our stay.
