Perfect location in a very exclusive residential neighborhood, surrounded by the green hills of Sierra Calderona and only 10min drive from a nice and long sand beach (Puzol Beach).

The villa features 5 bedrooms each one with a private bathroom and private walk-in closet.

The outdoor area features: a large sunny terrace with open kitchen, a wonderful heated pool with multicolor fiber optic lighting, jacuzzi, garden grill, own garden with nice mediterranean plants.

It is a villa with 700 m2 distributed on two floors (ground floor and basement) with a totally unique design.
The house is facing southeast. It has lots of light from large glass areas, several of which are engraved with special designs and unique in the world, the kitchen windows can be completely folded and open to the pool area and barbecue creating a unique atmosphere of open outdoor kitchen.
The house has a large living room, formal dining room, office, great kitchen with all appliances, guest bathroom, laundry and ironing area equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers, large pantry, tool room, large garage mural paintings. Air conditioning and heating.

There is a playground with a pool table, fitness center with Finnish sauna. Bicyles and all kind of games are available for the guests. Satellite Tv with 600 channels, underfloor heating throughout the house, high power generator, security system with cameras.

It is a very comfortable and adequate housing designed to enjoy both family life and events with friends. Located in a quiet place, in the area there are 3 bilingual schools and upscale country club with various sports facilities (5 pools, paddle, tennis, racquetball, soccer field, golf course and practice with a hole shooting, restaurant, playground, basketball). It is a private club and our guests will have the free entrancy to the club.

We also offer the option to have a service staff every day (for cleaning and cooking). This service can be programmed and would be directly paid to the staff (usual price is 10€/hour minimum 4h).
The beach is 9.5 km from the villa.
Valencia city center is 28 km from the villa.

Conditions:
Damage deposit: 1000€ for short stays and 1 month rental for long stay.
For short stays: expenses (electricity, water, gas and internet) are included in the price if the consumption is responsible.
Long stays: expenses are not included in the price and will be charged to the tenant.
Final cleaning: 100€ if the house is left in normal condition (neat conditions and garbage bags taken out) but there could be an extra charge if the house is not left in such conditions.
