This beautiful loft duplex for rent is located in Cabanyal, the old maritime district of Valencia. The apartment is 300m from one of the best beaches in Valencia.
It is a well equipped apartment, built to high specifications and with all the amenities one might need: air conditioning hot cold, fully equipped kitchen, television, high speed internet, etc.
It is a modern and tastefully renovated apartment. At the bottom is the living room with a large and very well equipped kitchen, with all necessary small appliances. Behind the kitchen is a small bathroom with shower and toilet, and 2 large glass windows so you can enjoy the natural light all over the place.
It is a very bright apartment with very high ceilings, which gives a feeling of space and wellbeing.
In the main room there are 2 sofa beds where 3 or 4 people can sleep.
From the living room, there is some Japanese stairs to access the top: a completely open attic with a great bed of 160cm and a private bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.
There are 2 air conditionings hot/cold that will keep the apartment at an ideal temperature.
This apartment is ideal for short breaks and longer stays.
For those coming by car, you can park in the surrounding streets.
Cabanyal district is a picturesque district of Valencia, an emblematic neighborhood of Valencia, with its very popular streets and its typical environment of the old quarters of fishermen. In this neighborhood children play in the streets and facades are filled with drying laundry.
