Apartment for short-term and mid-term stays

Great penthouse in Valencia, modern and tastefully decorated. Wonderful location. Guests can enjoy a communal terrace located on the same floor as the apartment. Other neighbors can use the terrace but most of the time, it feels like a private terrace because the neighbors do not use it. It is a very comfortable holiday apartment and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The holiday rental apartment has two double beds (150x190cm), one in a bedroom and the other one on the spacious attic, and one single bed (90x190cm).

This penthouse for seasonal rentals has a sunny living room with two sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. This holiday apartment in Valencia center has air conditioning hot/cold in the main space and in the master bedroom, and free wifi internet access.

  1. L’appartement très bien situé, il est possible de tout faire à pied. L’interieur est rénové est propre. Excellent accueil, Berangère est serviable et très disponible.

  3. Fabulous apartment near the old town and on the bus route to the beach. Arrived to a spotlessly clean apartment that was ideal for our group size. Really lovely finishes to the apartment as well!! Lovely balcony which we enjoyed having breakfast on each morning. The apartment is right next door to a market which sells fantastic fresh fruit, meat and fish, lovely patisserie around the corner – amazing bread and pastries! The hosts were excellent and provided us with some excellent advice of places to go to eat and getting around Valencia! I would highly recommend this listing.

  4. Appartamento perfetto, in un quartiere tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro. Completo di tante comodità, c’è veramente tutto! Luminoso e arredato con mobili nuovi che davano sensazione di fresco e pulito. Berangere è una persona gentilissima , cordiale e disponibile , ci ha dato tante informazioni per i nostri giri turistici. Consigliato !!
    La casa pulita e fresca , la cucina bianca e moderna ,wi-fi e condizionatori che funzionavano alla perfezione .

  5. We stayed in the apartment for a week. We had a great time in Valencia! The apartment was really nice. We especially enjoyed the rooftop which is perfect for breakfast or a drink after a day on the beach.

  6. the location of the apartment is great, close to many shops, the local market and just a few minutes away to the old town. It also has a nice view on the square. The place was clean, the living room very confortable and the owner was very sweet and funny! It was the perfect place for us to discover Valencia.

  7. Un maravilloso cinco días en Valencia. Una hermosa ciudad. Hemos escogido deliberadamente este apartamento céntrico. El casco antiguo está caminando bien transitable. Una tienda de supermercado y la tienda de comestibles a 100 metros también era perfecta. El apartamento en sí estaba bien equipada. Todo estaba aanwezig.Alleen el lavavajillas nos perdimos un poco. Además, la cocina estaba completo. El aire acondicionado era necesario con el clima caliente. La primera noche fue la parte de aire acondicionado. Pero después de que había pasado a Omar, el mismo día fue aún reparado. Los cuatro pasos no eran tan divertido en el calor. Para que nosotros hacemos bien, pero si usted es menos aptos que mejor no alquilamos este apartamento. Realmente hemos disfrutado de Valencia y este apartamento. Nuestro anfitrión Omar era muy amable y correcto

  8. Berangere è stata molto gentile, simpatica e soprattutto disponibile e puntuale.
    L’appartamento è carino, silenzioso nonostante si trovi sulla Gran Via Fernando El Catolico.
    Il problema principale rimane l’assenza di ascensore, essendo al quarto piano in uno stabile vecchio e con scale molto scomode e strette.

  10. L’appartement est très agréable, très propre, calme, à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il est très bien équipé, tout est en état de marche. L accueil est sympathique. Vivement recommandé!
    La qualite du logement qui correspond très bien à l annonce, le bon équipement de la cuisine, la propreté. Aussi la proximité du centre, et l accueil.
    Franchement, tout est très bien !

  11. We had a very good time in Valencia. Very nice apartment with available sundeck. The apartment is 1 minute away from a supermarket. And very close to the metro and city center. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the city. We could always contact her with questions.

We stayed with five and there were only four cups to drink coffee. Wineglasses would also be nice.

  13. We stayed at Berangere’s place for two weeks during Las Fallas (crazy time in Valencia). The apartment was very good for 4-5 people. Apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. Really nice and good condition. When we had some questions Berangere and her colleague helped us out every time. Thanks for the opportunity!

  15. Brilliant location as it’s very close to the old town but in a nice quiet street. Host was lovely and gave us loads of recommendations. The flat was very clean when we arrived, has everything you need for a lovely holiday. I would recommend this flat for 3/4 people in the summer as the upstairs room is a little too hot for sleeping in when it’s really hot outside.

  16. We were given a very friendly welcome at the apartment and also given very useful information about what to do in Valencia which was really appreciated. The flat itself is very nice, well fitted out and has an excellent rooftop terrace that enjoys the sun all day long. It is in a good area too, 5 min walk and you’re in the middle of old town valencia. There is a small shop next door and a supermarket 2 min walk away. I would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone wishing to stay in or around old town valencia
