A nicely equipped apartment walkable to almost everything you’ll need. About 15 minutes walk and you’re at the Turia gardens, with the Oceanographic and Sciences museum etc right there. 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction and you’re at the metro with only 15 minutes to the city centre, or 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment itself is, as mentioned, very well equipped, with amazing decor. There is some neighbour noise, but nothing unbearable. There is little to no traffic noise as well.
