This furnished apartment for temporary rental is perfectly equipped and furnished with everything you need for a stay in the center of Valencia.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people. The master bedroom has a bed 150cm width, a closet and a small private bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a bed 80cm width that can be extended to 160cm, there is a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. From the hallway you access the second bathroom, which is spacious and comfortable, with shower and toilet.
The living room is a spacious room, with high ceilings with wooden beams, the kitchen is open to the living room. All the equipment of the house is new since a complete reform has been made in autumn 2016. The decoration is exquisite, with unusual objects representative of different countries and cultures, mixing the times with much harmony. The living room has TV with international channels, internet wifi, a comfortable sofa that can be opened in sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is very complete and equipped, has electric cooking plates, refrigerator, oven, microwave, as well as small appliances very useful in day to day: caps coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender. The washing machine is also in the kitchen.
The internet connection is high speed and is included in the price. There are 2 air conditioners, one is in the living room and the second in the master bedroom. For winter, apart from the air conditioning, there is heating by electric rafters.
This apartment for rent is located on the third floor (without elevator) of a building on the street Matemático Marzal, next to the North Station and 5 min walk from the Town Hall Square, right in the center of Valencia.
It is very well connected to all points of interest of the city, such as Valencia beaches or the City of Arts and Sciences, thanks to the metro (station Xátiva or Bailén) and thanks to the numerous bus lines that pass near by.
