RENTAL APARTMENT IN RUZAFA VALENCIA
This furnished and equipped apartment is located in the pleasant neighborhood of Ruzafa, in the center of Valencia. It is fully equipped and furnished to cover all your comfort needs: air conditioning, heating, internet, full kitchen...The entrance to the apartment is furnished with a large closet to store all kinds of belongings. The apartment has four bedrooms. The main one has a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. The adjoining bedroom has a 90cm single bed. Both rooms have street views with lots of natural light.
The other two bedrooms are interior, they have a 90cm bed each.
There is a radiator in all rooms.
The main room of the apartment is a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, both facing northwest from where they receive a cozy warm light for moments of relaxation. This room has hot/cold air conditioning, television, a large and comfortable sofa and all the necessary household items and small appliances.
As for the bathrooms, both have a shower and their own electric heating system.The apartment for rent is located in an area of Valencia with all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, small food and clothing stores. Very close to numerous restaurants and cultural cafes, a few meters from the central park. With a good connection by public transport to other areas of the city and a 20-minute walk from the two main train stations.
For all this, this apartment is ideal for seasonal rental.
