1. Very nice appartment and nice street. Great intro (of an hour ) what we can do in Valencia. We hired the city bikes ( 17 euros for 7 days , 150 euros deposit ) and enjoyed the city very much.

2. El apartamento completamente equipado y decorado con todo tipo de detalles hace que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Berangere ha sido una anfitriona estupenda.

3. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem gut eingerichteten Apartement. Der Kontakt mit Berangere und Toni dem Besitzer war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Besten Dank. Ich würde diese Wohnung für einen Stadt Aufenthalt gerne weiter- empfehlen.

4. Très bonne expérience avec Bérangère, très accueillante et sympathique, avec de bons conseils. L’appartement est idéalement placé, dans un quartier sympa et proche du métro Xativa. Valence est une très belle ville. Conclusion : séjour trop court!

5. Fijn appartement op een leuke plek in Valencia. De wijk ligt net onder het centrum en op zo’n beetje elke straathoek zit wel een gezellig cafe, tapasbar of restaurant. Tips: Berlin, Copenhagen, Trentatres en Mare Meua. Alles is goed te belopen; vanaf metrohalte Xativa is het ongeveer 10 minuutjes naar het appartement. Met ongeveer 20 minuten lopen ben je in het park. Het appartement lijkt van binnen precies zoals op de foto’s. Het was schoon en is voorzien van airco (geen overbodige luxe). Ik heb Bérangère niet gezien, maar aan de telefoon klonk ze vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze is betrouwbaar en reageerde snel via de mail. Ze heeft voldoende leuke tips om je verblijf in Valencia tot een succes te maken!

6. Appartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, propre, bonne literie. Egalement très bien localisé dans quartier sympa proche des commerces et des bars à tapas, à deux pas du marché de Ruzafa. Avons passé un très bon séjour et gardons l’adresse pour un prochain voyage à Valencia. Merci également à Toni le propriétaire et à Bérangère pour leur accueil et leurs recommendations très appréciés.

7. “A good apartment in the heart of the local community” We were looking to stay in Ruzafa because it’s such a lively area with a real sense of community, and the apartment was ideal: close to the Ruzafa market (always worth a visit), local shops and amenities, and with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close to hand, but nevertheless just a five minute walk into the centre of Valencia. The apartment is on the third floor, so we could even feel virtuous with a little stair-climbing exercise after a visit to a bar or restaurant. It had everything we needed for our week’s stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and the good weather even allowed us to make use of the little balcony at breakfast time or in the evenings. Our host, Berengere, was there to greet us when we arrived and offered information and advice about restaurants and so on, and was available by phone and email if had we needed anything further. The advertisement tells potential guests it’s a very nice apartment – and indeed it is. We’d be very happy to use it again when we visit Valencia in the future.

8. Berangere was very professional and helpful. Waited for us outside. The place was fantastic as described and shown on the pictures. Lotta bars restaurants shops markets and old town. Thank you Berangere for getting a taxi for us)))) and all your help and suggestions of places to eat. We had a great time.

9. This flat is ideally placed for visiting Valencia on foot. It is very well equipped and was clean and tidy. Berangere was a very welcoming host and whilst we did not need her assistance in Valencia because we were visiting a friend who lives there, it was clear that nothing would have been too much trouble for her. Highly recommended!

   Although simple, the flat was perfect for our needs.

10. Maravillosa experiencia en un fin de semana de mayo. El piso es luminoso, limpio, perfectamente ubicado y equipado, cómodo para visitar la ciudad, relajarse, trabajar, estando en el centro del barrio de Ruzafa esta cerca de restaurantes, bares, mercado de Ruzafa, supermercados y todo lo que se pueda necesitar.

11. Wonderful apartment in Ruzafa (Calle Cura Femenia) We stayed here for a week (16-22 April 2014). It’s a very nice apartment and the photos show it as it is. It’s on the third floor and the climb could leave you slightly breathless depending on your age and level of fitness. However, aside from this I would have no reservation in recommending it. It’s on a quiet street. Our time their overlapped with Las Fallas (a five day annual festival when the whole city is anything but quiet). We met Berangere on arrival and again when we were departing and we found her very approachable and pleasant to deal with. We did not have any issues that required her assistance but we had her contact details if necessary. Basically this apartment is a very comfortable and convenient base from which to explore Valencia.

12. L’appartamento di Berangere e Toni e’ davvero accogliente e ha tutte le comodita’ per passare al meglio un soggiorno a Valencia. L’appartamento e’ posizionato vicinissimo alla citta’ vecchia, in una zona tranquilla e con passaggio solo pedonale, e ci ha consentito di trascorrere giorni sereni in una citta’ splendida, calda e ordinata. grazie a Berangere per la sua disponibilita’ a fornirci tutte le indicazioni utili per soggiornare al meglio. 13. Propietario y agente muy serviciales. Perfecta ubicación

14. Este es un barrio típico, y no es una zona turística así que alojarse aquí que realmente tenemos una idea de Valencia. Está a una corta distancia a pie del centro histórico y en la misma calle de la Ruzafa Mercardo que era muy práctico y sorprendente. Muchas opciones de cafés están justo en la puerta de la calle peatonal y los comerciantes son amables y acogedores. No nos decepcionó con este alquiler en absoluto. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, limpio y bien ventilado. El balcón da a una vista posterior de viviendas vecinas, que le da una visión de la verdadera Valencia y Ruzafa. La ubicación era excelente (caminamos casi todas partes) y la selección de restaurantes (algunos muy altamente clasificado) cafés y tiendas superó nuestras expectativas. Mi única sugerencia para el propietario sería proporcionar fundamentos simples como jabón de manos en el baño y detergente para la lavadora. Recomendamos encarecidamente este apartamento y el distrito de Ruzafa para viajar a Valencia.
