This spacious apartment for rent is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It has three bedrooms: the first bedroom is very spacious, with a 150cm double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, the second bedroom has a double bed 150cm, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and the third bedroom is single with a bed of 90cm. This nice rental apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
There are 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs.
The kitchen is very well equipped, it is comfortable and functional: it has fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
The dining room has a table for 6 people, a sofa and an auxiliary furniture with a television. It is a large space. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. It is an apartment with cross ventilation (the air circulates easily) and in summer the fans help a lot to keep the house fresh. For winter season there are electric portable radiators available in each bedroom, which also allows the house to be properly warmed up in winter.
The apartment has a high-speed internet connection. It is on the fifth floor with elevator.

It is very well connected by bus to access all points of interest in the city of Valencia, and the historic center is only a 20-minute walk away, on a pleasant walk.
