This modern and very well equipped rental apartment has 1 bedroom and it is a cozy and comfortable place. It is a seasonal accommodation with optic fiber internet wifi, air conditioning heating, flat screen television with USB connection, private parking place and storage room.

There is a 150cm x 190cm double bed with good quality mattress. The bathroom features a bath and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc. The living room has a comfortable sofa and the access to the nice balcony, with its breakfast table and chairs to enjoy the sun in the open air. There is an extra bed available in the living room, it is comfortable for a kid or a light adult.

This apartment for seasonal rental is located in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool and free access paddle courts. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, and the paddle courts every day from 9am to 11pm.

This fully equipped and furnished flat has an excellent location, 100m far from "Arena Multiespacio" Mall, with all kinds of shops and restaurants opened from Monday to Sunday. It is also near the dynamic district of Benimaclet, and close to Alboraia, the town of the typical valencian drink called “horchata”.   1. La résidence est propre , elle reste cependant un peu bruyante (travaux dans la résidence) par ailleurs le lit d’appoint ne correspond pas à un lit pour ado, nous sommes restés trois semaines et le confort reste important.
    Propreté de la résidence, conforme au descriptif, climatisation accès métro rapide.

  3. La experiencia no puede haber sido mejor. Estuve con mi mujer y mi hijo 2 meses en este apartamento y el trato de Berangere fue más que exquisito atendiendo cada una de las preguntas que le hicimos. Incluso hubo un problema con el WIFI y nos instalaron uno nuevo al día siguiente, de 10, pero en serio… de 10. El apartamento es muy acogedor, suficiente para una pareja o familia con un niño pequeño como es nuestro caso. Los porteros del residencial son extremadamente amables y nos hicieron muy cómoda la estancia. Todo muy seguro y limpio. La zona es perfecta también, muy tranquila y cercana a la capital, con el metro a un par de minutos andando. Con el Centro Comercial Arena a 150 metros con infinidad de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Y para nosotros que íbamos con nuestro hijo pequeño un enorme parque a 5 minutos donde pudo jugar como nunca. Todo 100% recomendable. Volveremos sin duda cuando visitemos Valencia de nuevo.

  4. Bewaakte residentie, niet aan de weg dus rustig. Met balkon, ruim, netjes, eigen parkeerplaats. ideaal voor een aantal dagen.

  5. This property was ideally situated for our needs. It was only a couple of stops on the Metro to the city and a short tram ride to the beach. There are several supermarkets in the area and 100 metres down the road a lovely shopping mall. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.
