1. Reservé el apartamento para mi hermano y su familia. Quedaron muy encantados con el apartamento. Muy espacioso, muy bien decorado, muy bonito. Ubicación buena. Todo perfecto.

2. I stayed one week between Christmas and January 1 at Berangere’s apartment with my wife and my baby daughter. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, big, spacious, perfectly clean, very well equipped -especially the kitchen and the bathroom. As you can see in the photos, the living room and the bathroom are very interestingly designed with somewhat sophisticated furniture. The bedrooms’ furniture is basic but definitely comfortable. The apartment is at the 1st floor (with elevator) of a historic building in the trendy and lively district of Ruzafa. Bedrooms face a very quite courtyard so you will sleep very well at every hour of the day. The heating system and the wi-fi work great. The location is just great. Ruzafa is the place to stay in Valencia, a few steps from the city center but not as chaotic as the center. It’s full of restaurants, bars, bakeries, patisseries, shops, and supermarkets. Very well connected to everything. Distances: 2 min walk from the nearest supermarket, 5 min walk from the market of Ruzafa where you can buy any kind of fresh food, 10-15 min (depending of your pace) from Còlon (where there is a metro station connected to the airport and the Corte Inglès), 20 min walk from the cathedral, 15 min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. 2 min walk from the apartment there is a bus stop (number 19) from which you can easily reach the Malvarosa beach with a 10/15 min ride. We were received by Omar who is a great host, timely, responsive, very easy to communicate with via email, Whattsap and text messages. We found a baby cot and a high chair in the apartment as requested. Things you may want to know: 1) The apartment is run by a rental agency (i.e. hosts neither own it, nor they live there). In my opinion, this made the experience even better, as the hosts are very professional and the equipment (e.g. towells, linens, bathroom and kitchen accessories) is just great. 2) Being at the 1st floor, the living room may look a bit dark. Bedrooms on the other hand have a great light in the aftenoon and the whole apartment is full of (stilish) lights. 3) Downstairs in the same building there is Carmencita Film Lab, one of the world’s most famous labs for developing and scanning negatives: simply a cult for photographers all over the world! 4) The apartment is very quiet, which is a plus for Valencia. So you will be able to enjoy the nightlife of Ruzafa and to sleep great at night.

5. We were met by Omar who was lovely and more than helpful. He met us there at the arranged time and showed us around and made us feel very welcome. He even had maps and took some time to show us good places in the city to visit and nice area’s to see. The apartment was amazingly beautiful and very relaxing, there was only 2 of us staying but 6 people here would be more than comfortable. The photos do not do it justice and it is finished to a very high standard. The neighbourhood was perfect, we originally wanted to stay in the old town but we are so glad we didn’t. the area of Ruzaffa is really hip and trendy and had some really nice bars and restaurants within a minutes walk not to mention the local Ruzaffa market for daily fresh produce. the apartment was perfect for getting to all areas of the city and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Omar was also available to help throughout our 5 days and he replied within minutes, really nice guy!
   The best points were the layout of the property, the front room was like being in an art gallery. all the other rooms were layed out in a professional manner and had a different theme full of colour not to mention the big sun terrace at the rear of property for relaxing after a long day. we cannot recommend this place enough and it is one of the nicest apartments either of us has ever seen. big thumbs up!
