Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment with terrace, fully renovated and tastefully furnished. Excellent location. The terrace is very sunny with fantastic sunsets. It is a very comfortable apartment for 2 persons (can accommodate up to 4 persons).
This comfortable vacation rental apartment is very centrally located in the popular district of Ruzafa, just 10 minutes from the City Hall Square and 20 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences. It is a perfect short term rental for enjoying Valencia Tourism.
The apartment is 52 m2 plus terrace, has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower with direct access from the bedroom and a separate bathroom . Two large closets in the bedroom.
In the dining room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons really broad and comfortable sleeping .
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc...
The apartment has air conditioning in the main room, heating system, and free Internet access.

This clean and bright housing is next to supermarkets and surrounded by outdoor cafés, restaurants, unusual shops and art galleries. Also very close to the attractions of the city of Valencia like the Oceanographic Park, the old town, the Cathedral of Valencia, the Lonja de la Seda(Silk Exchange) , etc ...

The apartment is comfortable and nice, especially for a summer trip given the beautiful terrace. Berangere as a host was very responsive and available at all times. Even though we had delays in arrival (around midnight) the apartment owner was waiting for us to pass the keys / explain the facilities. During the last days of our stay there was a problem with the water (which we were commented was a one time problem due to repair work in the building), therefore we decided to leave the apartment early and Berangere organized cancellation of the remaining night rapidly and efficiently.
