There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed of 150cm , and the other with 2 single beds. The beds and mattresses are of excellent quality. The bathroom features a shower. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and all small appliances one might need .

It is a spacious and comfortable apartment for 4 people , ideal for a stay of tourism in Valencia, or to spend the winter months under the sunny and warm Valencia weather. It is 50m from one of the best beaches in Valencia. The apartment has a private garage included in the price. The apartment is in a quiet area with surveillance 24h/24h , in a complex of very nice and modern apartments with a clubhouse, paddle courts and a swimming pool open from mid-June to September.

There are supermarkets near the apartment, and a huge gym with all kinds of sports ( group classes, weight room, swimming pool, etc ...) You will find many outdoor cafes and restaurants on the seafront which is 50m from the apartment. Valencia old town is 15 minutes drive from there and 25 minutes by bus , so the apartment is also very close to the attractions of the city of Valencia like the Oceanographic Park, the historic center, Valencia Cathedral, Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) etc..
